The toss will happen 15 minutes before the scheduled start time and the fielding team must be on the field 7 minutes before start. The first ball must be bowled at the scheduled start. It is essential to have strict adherence to this in order to complete 3 matches in a day.
    • The fielding team has to start bowling its 20th over within 90 minutes. If it fails to do so, extra six runs will be added to the batting team's score, for every whole over bowled after the 90 minute-mark. In case the umpire believes that the batting team is wasting time, he may add more time to this.
      • Or if a fielding team bowling first is penalized for slow over rate they might only get to bat the amount of overs they managed to bowl in 90 minutes.
    • Sides will be changed every 5 overs.
    • There will be no organizers present at the matches, it is the captains & Umpires responsibility to ensure the rules as mentioned here are followed properly
    • There will be a fair-play table maintained by the umpires where a team will start with 10 points and lose a point for every unfair or unsporting act they do, in the even of teams finishing on the same points this table will be considered before the Net Run Rate.
    • Teams will lose a fair-play point for each player not in whites.
    • Teams will need to pay the full amount before the tournament start.
