Cricket Tournament Option 2

Ok based on feedback from a few teams I have drawn out a second option for the tournament.

Please go through the rule and important points very carefully

Venue(s) : Babukhan Arena, Kokapet (near Gachibowli)

Guaranteed 5 League matches for all teams at Babukhan Arena in Gachibowli.
Top 4 teams from each group Qualify for Quarter Finals
Winners advance to Semis
Winners of Semis play Finals, Losers play 3rd place game.
Official Umpires and scorers for all games.
High quality balls, (SS or SG).

Rules
All matches to be played with official T20 rules
20 overs a side
Maximum 4 overs per bowler
Maximum 2 fielders outside the circle during power play (first 6 overs)
Minimum of 4 fielders inside the circle after power play.
Free hit for overstepping no ball
One bouncer per over
Super Over to be played in case of a tie.

Important information

• Teams must arrive at the ground 30 mins before the scheduled start time. The toss will happen 20 minutes before the scheduled start time and the fielding team must be on the field 10 minutes before start. The first ball must be bowled at the scheduled start. It is essential to have strict adherence to this in order to complete 3 matches in a day.
• The fielding team has to start bowling its 20th over within 75 minutes. If it fails to do so, extra six runs will be added to the batting team's score, for every whole over bowled after the 75 minute-mark. In case the umpire believes that the batting team is wasting time, he may add more time to this.
• Few more rules with regards to time will be added soon
• There will be no organizers present at the matches, it is the captains & Umpires responsibility to ensure the rules as mentioned here are followed properly
• The whole tournament schedule will be published before the tournament start, at this point all the captains need to check and ensure that the timings and schedule are ok for their team, there will be no changes later on.
• Each team will have a match every weekend.
• No current official HCA league players allowed, teams found breaking this rule will be disqualified without refunds.
• There will be a fair-play table maintained by the umpires where a team will start with 10 points and lose a point for every unfair or unsporting act they do, in the even of teams finishing on the same points this table will be considered before the Net Run Rate.
• Teams will lose a fair-play point for each player not in whites.
• Teams will need to pay the full amount before the tournament start.
