In a high scoring and tough game befitting of a final, F11 batted first and scored a solid 181 led by +Omkar Avhad who scored 83 off just 37 balls with 5 sixes and 7 fours. The innings was a pleasure to watch with shots being played all around the park!
In response the Masqati team put up a tough fight as Mohammed Ali scored 85 for his team but they fell short by 11 runs and finished at 170.
F11 beat the strong Masqati team twice in this tournament to lift the coveted Platinum Cup!
In the Finals Omkar edged past his team mate Sunil Hugar to win the best batsman award and also went past Masqati's Salman Syed to win the most sixes award. To make it a hat-trick Omi also won the MVP award!
This was the first tournament win for F11 after getting to many finals, but with the way the team is going it surely shouldn't be the last!
